Mushroom & Vegetable Potato Pancake

Measure
Ingredients
Prepare
1 lb Mushrooms Cooked,chopped
3 Cups Shredded Potatoes  
1/2 Cup Grated zucchini  
1 Cup Cream corn  
2 Cups Parsley Chopped
2 Cups Green onion Chopped
4 Eggs  
  Pancake flour (just enough to bind  
  Milk  
  Salt & Pepper to taste
